Megan Curran

As an undergraduate my interests are to learn about the day in the life of a recruitment and placement specialist and community resource specialist. I am also open to learning more about anything within Human Resources to help benefit my future career. While in my current internship role I got to meet with specific individuals and learn about things they do. I have found an interest in the community field because I enjoy being around people and helping out in any way I can. For recruitment specialists I want dig in deeper and really grasp the traits to achieve finding the best of the best people for a company I work for. I believe when you have great, hardworking individuals that show respect for the company and people, it makes it so much easier to encourage constant improvements and networking skills to benefit a company overall.
